  4. Submitting an order or payment confirms that you have reviewed these terms. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Author and Premier Author House.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

"Website" refers to the digital content and pages operated by Premier Author House.

"Author/Customer" refers to you or any representative submitting a project request on your behalf.

"The Company" refers to Premier Author House, an entity providing professional publishing support under the laws of Texas.

"Services" includes ghostwriting, editing, formatting, design, and publishing assistance provided as per the written agreement.

"Order" means a confirmed request for services initiated via phone or email, validated by an invoice and initial payment.

OUR SERVICES

We provide specialized author support ranging from manuscript development to global distribution. It is the Author's responsibility to understand the scope and limitations of our policies before submitting an Order or payment through this platform.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

We do not accept returns on digital or customized services once the project is fulfilled. We focus on author satisfaction through a structured process.

If refinements are needed to meet established quality standards, we offer a dedicated revision process. We work closely with our clients to ensure the final product aligns with the agreed project scope and initial requirements.

If a delivery does not match the documented requirements, we will perform a comprehensive internal assessment and provide the necessary corrections at no additional cost to the Author.

REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK

Each service level includes a specific number of revision rounds as stated in your project proposal. Generally, authors have a window of 5 to 10 days to request adjustments once the work is presented for review in our management system.

Revisions are designed to ensure the original project instructions have been followed. The Author must review deliverables promptly to avoid project timeline delays.

Authors retain full rights to all content received. You are free to make personal adjustments to the Word files provided once the order is fulfilled and prior to final publication.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to professional transparency and strive to meet our authors' needs fairly.

Our team prioritizes resolving project issues through expert revisions and open communication whenever possible.

Refunds may be eligible if requested before a project has been allocated or initiated. Once final deliverables have been issued, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of the work performed.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days. A standard administrative processing fee may apply. All refunds are returned to the original payment method, and a formal notification will be sent to the email address on file.

Specific conditions for refund eligibility are detailed below:

CANCELLATION REQUESTS:

  • a) Before Work Begins: Authors may be eligible for a 100% refund if the writer or editor has not yet initiated the project. This applies to mind changes requested shortly after ordering.
  • b) During Project Progress: If work has started, any refund will be partial and calculated based on the volume of work completed, time invested, and resources utilized by the team.

SERVICE DISCREPANCIES:

Authors may request a formal review of their refund claim after utilizing the revision options provided under their service agreement;

  • If the work fails to comply with the documented project requirements established at the start of the engagement.
  • We strive for 100% author satisfaction. If we cannot resolve discrepancies through revisions or re-assignment, a partial refund may be discussed through mutual agreement based on the extent of the discrepancy. Our commitment is to deliver quality that reflects the author's vision.

TIMELINES AND DELAYS:

We prioritize prompt delivery. However, delays caused by missing source materials, late author feedback, or technical issues outside our control do not qualify for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any timeline changes.

CLAIM WINDOW:

Refund claims must be submitted within 10 days of the initial submission or delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Authors are responsible for monitoring project deadlines and providing feedback within the allotted review windows.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES:

  • Minor technical or grammatical errors that can be corrected through the standard revision process do not qualify for a full refund.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by the Author's lack of response or missing documentation.
  • No refunds will be processed based on subjective word count preferences if the scope was met.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Service pricing and promotional discounts are subject to update based on market conditions or project complexity.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service offerings without prior notice at our discretion.

We are not liable to any party for adjustments in pricing, service suspension, or changes to the terms governing our professional relationship.
